Mairead? Maitland? Either of you planning to attend any commemorations at Glencoe this year?
Oh, but let me tell you that I love you and I think about you all the time. Caledonia, you're calling me and now I'm going home.

In a word, No. I just don't get involved with events anymore.

Na Fir Dileas will be there but unfortunatel I can't make it this year as I am awaing the return of my hubby from the nether regions of old England where he has been working.
No doubt the lads will be posting piccies on the NFD forum next week and I'll try to get them on here too. Yoohoo Mike.

A tip of the cap to all those involved by their presence at these commemorations. Travel time and expenses can be costly in this day and age, yet these hardy souls continue to travel to these sites to commemorate historic events.

Once again, special thanks for these images to Welcome to NA FIR DILEAS (The Loyal Men)

We do need to thank Mairead, Luath, appin_piper and other members of Na Fir Dileas for allowing us to post these images here. It is our hope these images will arouse awareness of these events taking place in Scotland.
