Webmaster

I am grateful for the links and the posting. Hopefully I can be of assistance to those who are looking for some genealogy research to put them "in Touch" with their ancestors.

It is been a wee while in the making of Scottish Family Roots and I look forward to challenges in the research ahead.

The service I provide will not be suitable for some but before I take on a research project I will always encourage those who are looking for their family history to give it a go themselves. I appreciate that I may talk myself out of jobs but the money is not the main issue here, it is the fact that people will know where they came from and what makes them what they are and by doing their own research they will take a fascinating journey into the past.

If I can encourage people to take on their own research then I will have done my job better than I would if I took on the research for them. It's not the money its my passion for genealogy that started this journey.

Once again Webmaster, I am grateful.

M...

That's a great service you offer there Maitland... and its good to see someone that would prefer to help people than take their money! :D

Anyway, as you probably know by now, I've given you a couple of plugs through my own sites! ;)
