Published and somewhat popular here in the US.
I rather enjoy it, though it leans more on the past and a tad upon myth/legend than present politics. Of course, that's why I'm HERE.
Many of its articles are VERY interesting and cover a HUGE range.

Here is a link for you. They publish seven times a year for something around $20.
I used to take their sister publication, Scottish Life, but I decided against renewing this time around. There are usually some really excellent photographs in it, but it always seemed heavy on the eye candy and light on the content.
